Tennessean Names i2i Population Health a Winner of the Middle Tennessee Area Top Workplaces 2024 Award

FRANKLIN, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–i2i Population Health has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by The Tennessean for a second time. i2i was one of 67 Middle Tennessee companies in the small employer category. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few. “We are extremely proud to be named a Top Workplace by the Tennessean for the second time. Our employees and the culture we have built is a testament to the company’s successes,” said Justin Neece, CEO. “Healthcare technology is a highly competitive market but the difference comes down to people. Our people are empowered to make important decisions with a team behind them.”

The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
