Charlotte Celebrates Veterans Day at the Carolinas Veterans Day Festival

CHARLOTTE, NC / ACCESSWIRE / October 30, 2024 / Veterans Bridge Home (VBH), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to connecting, leading and advocating for veterans and their families across the Carolinas, is hosting the third annual Carolinas Veterans Day Festival presented by Truist on Saturday, November 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Romare Bearden Park in uptown Charlotte, N.C.

This free, family-friendly event invites the entire community to join in a day of celebration and remembrance. Attendees can enjoy live music by Province of Thieves, a veterans’ expo, a community awards presentation, a Kids Zone with inflatables, military pageantry and a free meal while supplies last.

The festival celebrates the service of the approximately 150,000 veterans living in the Metrolina region but is open to everyone who would like to attend.
