Christopher joins the company with 17 years of comprehensive experience in finance, investment, and portfolio management. Christopher’s extensive career encompasses high-impact roles, starting with senior positions at Deloitte, where he spent nearly a decade specializing in Assurance and M&A Transaction Services for leading private equity and strategic clients. Following his tenure at Deloitte, Christopher joined ORIX USA as Director of Corporate Development, advancing a $10B+ balance sheet across a multitude of equity and debt strategies with heavy M&A, and later served as Director of Portfolio Value Creation and CFO within its private equity arm and flagship portfolio company respectively.

In more recent years, Christopher took on the role of Managing Partner and CFO at a local family office in DFW, which included a successful exit of a healthcare services portfolio company he ran alongside the CEO while operating the family office. Shortly thereafter, Christopher co-founded a Healthcare Private Equity Independent Sponsor firm in Lakewood Healthcare Capital that is focused on preventative healthcare, which led to his involvement in standing up the Formula Wellness portfolio company under Trive Capital in 2023. He remains on the board of directors for Lakewood and its portfolio company and has successfully transitioned to Formula Wellness in his full-time role as CFO.
