(CSE:VTAL)(OTC PINK:SCRSF) (“Justera” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of 23,000,000 restricted share units (“RSUs”) under the Company’s omnibus incentive plan (the “Plan”) on November 7, 2024. These RSUs have been awarded to employees, directors, and consultants of the Company as part of a strategy to retain skilled personnel and align their interests with those of the Company’s shareholders. The RSUs will vest in stages: 50% immediately, 25% after three months, and the remaining 25% after six months from issuance. The Plan received shareholder approval on December 6, 2023.
