Tom Bailey and Sharon Patterson Join The Assistance Fund’s Board of Directors

Tom Bailey and Sharon Patterson join TAF’s all-volunteer Board, bringing a wealth of healthcare and executive experience to one of Forbes’ top 100 charities.
Tom Bailey has over 20 years of finance and operations experience in healthcare organizations. As Vice President of Finance at Brooks Rehabilitation, Tom oversees all finance, accounting, payroll, and procurement functions. Sharon Patterson has over 35 years of experience developing and implementing people strategies to drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. Sharon works as an executive coach, successfully contributing to the development of high-potential leaders across industries.
