(“Elevai”), a leader in physician dispensed exosome skin and hair care products, pursuant to a definitive purchase agreement with PMGC Holdings Inc. (formerly Elevai Labs Inc.) (“PMGC”) and Elevai, its wholly owned subsidiary (the “Acquisition”).
