Caldwell Advises Eppendorf on the Sale of eLabNext

The transaction highlights Caldwell’s depth in M&A, life sciences, and technology, showcasing the firm’s ability to provide comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional support. The transaction was led from the client side by Dr. Julien Schlagowski, LL.M.
