This expanded service will be part of the organization’s consulting arm, Petauri Advisors, which focuses on pricing, reimbursement, access, and value demonstration.

The Channel Strategy team will collaborate with emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers to define the optimal distribution path and flow for specific drugs, ensuring they reach patients and prescribers effectively. Additionally, this team will support established pharmaceutical companies by assessing their current network performance, developing new strategies for expanded therapeutic areas, and assisting with acquisitions and the integration of new networks.

To lead this team, Petauri has hired Kim Cline, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience supporting commercialization strategy in nuanced drug launches. Cline’s expertise in supporting life sciences start-ups with their drug distribution strategies, combined with her proven industry leadership, positions this team as a strong addition to Petauri’s existing services.
