Gary Lubin, Ledger Run’s Founder and CEO, to retire and will continue on Board

John Chinnici appointed as CEO for next phase of company’s growth

TIBURON, Calif., Feb. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Ledger Run, a leading provider of advanced technology software solutions for clinical trials, today announced that Gary Lubin, who founded the company and has served as CEO, will retire on March 1, 2025, and remain on the Board of Directors. The company has appointed John Chinnici, a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving growth, as its new CEO.

During his tenure, Mr. Lubin grew Ledger Run into a leading technology company in the clinical trial operations market.
