Medlogix Welcomes Alan Horton as Chief Information Officer to Drive Innovation and Growth

HAMILTON, N.J., Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Medlogix, a leader in medical claims management innovation, announced today the appointment of Alan Horton as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Horton will spearhead the company’s technology strategy and transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on further developing the MyMedlogix proprietary medical claims management software.

“Alan brings cutting-edge technical expertise to our senior leadership team and ensures continuity in shaping and executing the Medlogix strategic vision,” said Craig Goldstein, President and CEO of Medlogix. “His experience in AI and data management will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our platform and accelerate our business growth. Alan’s leadership will be key in advancing our technology strategy, driving efficiencies, and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation in medical claims management.”

Before joining Medlogix, Horton held leadership roles at several healthcare companies where he was responsible for technology strategy, operational execution, and transformation initiatives. Among his many professional accomplishments, he was on a team that patented big data technology that processes millions of healthcare records in minutes. His experience with AI, large-scale data, and unstructured data throughout his career will shape initiatives to enhance the scalability and complex data processing capabilities of the MyMedlogix platform.

“I am excited to join the talented team at Medlogix and have the opportunity to drive forward-thinking technologies that will continue to support insurance and claims professionals,” said Horton. “I look forward to working together to enhance our software platform and build on an incredible foundation, ensuring that we continue to improve outcomes, optimize processes, and maximize value for our clients.”

Former CIO and Senior Vice President Stan Tomasevich, a lead architect on the MyMedlogix development team, will stay on as an Executive Technical Advisor. Leveraging the CIO’s deep expertise during a carefully structured multi-month transition process helps to ensure a seamless transition while bringing in fresh leadership to the veteran team.
