The locations are tentatively planned for Bellevue, Kirkland, and Bothell, with the first studio slated to open in Bellevue later this year.

Rich, a seasoned tech professional with over 20 years of experience at companies like Microsoft and Oracle, began his wellness journey a decade ago, motivated by the challenges of maintaining health in a desk-focused career and while looking for additional ways in aiding in recovery as a trail runner. Irina grew up immersed in the sauna culture with visits to a local sauna with her family as well as weekly sauna sessions with her team as a high school track and field athlete. This background has inspired Rich and Irina to share this essential wellness experience with their community.
