New England Biolabs® Announces 2025 Monarch Nucleic Acid Purification Scholarship Alongside Release of Updated Kits

The scholarship will recognize the core tenets of Monarch in awardees’ nucleic acid purification research

IPSWICH, Mass., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Alongside the recent release of its updated Monarch^® nucleic acid purification kits, New England Biolabs (NEB^®) today announced a new Monarch Nucleic Acid Purification Scholarship recognizing individuals who use nucleic acid purification in their research that exemplifies the core tenets of Monarch – performance, sustainability and value.

There will be three U.S. awardees, each receiving a scholarship of $2,025 to support their endeavors. Additionally, awardees and their work will be widely recognized and celebrated in NEB communications. The scholarship is open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older, and applications will be accepted through May 1, 2025.

Together, these changes help ensure that the kits provide unmatched performance and improved sustainability, all of which translates into additional value for customers.
