Tennr Hires AJ Kiefer, Former Salesforce Global VP, as Chief Customer Officer

NEW YORK, March 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Tennr, the intelligent automation platform for healthcare operations, announced the hiring of AJ Kiefer as Chief Customer Officer. Kiefer will oversee Tennr’s Customer Experience team, helping providers grow their referral networks with better patient access, reduced denials and fewer delays.

Kiefer joins Tennr after a distinguished tenure at Salesforce, where he most recently served as Global Vice President of Professional Services. Over his years at Salesforce, he held multiple leadership roles across San Francisco, New York, and London, leading strategy and innovation for the company’s professional services division. He played a pivotal role in supporting large-scale transformation programs for some of Salesforce’s biggest customers. Kiefer originally joined Salesforce in 2017 via the acquisition of Sequence, a design and innovation agency, where he was the Managing Director of the New York studio.

“Having spent my career building compelling customer experiences at scale, I can’t wait to join the team in driving this game-changing technology on their continued growth trajectory,” said Kiefer. “Tennr is a perfect example of leveraging the power of technology to not only drive massive business impact, but more importantly, reduce friction and improve the patient experience across the entire healthcare industry.”

“AJ has an all-time track record in scaling world-class customer experiences,” said Tennr CEO, Trey Holterman. “As we continue to grow, he’ll make sure our customers receive the highest-quality experience, from implementation to long-term success with our platform.”
