Making up 30% of the research workforce, women continue to face systemic challenges, including gender bias, lack of mentorship, and unequal access to funding. This campaign seeks to advocate for policies that promote gender equality, ensuring women have the same opportunities to lead, innovate, and contribute to scientific advancements.
