Complete Genomics Announces Partnership with BioTuring and the Go Optical STOmics microscope.

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Complete Genomics, a leading innovator in genomic sequencing, announced at the NextGen Omics & Spatial Biology Conference that it has partnered with BioTuring, developer of advanced bioinformatics algorithms and software that enables rapid OMICS analysis, to offer researchers access to SpatialX, a powerful deep-learning tool for unified multi-technology spatial data analysis compatible with STOmics chemistries designed to analyze spatial datasets for faster results.

Researchers using STOmics spatial transcriptomics chemistries will benefit from pre-optimized analysis pipelines within SpatialX, reducing the need for custom bioinformatics solutions and requiring no-coding experience. BioTuring’s visualization and data analytics capabilities will make it easier to extract biologically meaningful insights from large spatial datasets.

Using Go Optical, researchers can optimize permeabilization conditions, map cell nuclei, and analyze protein and tissue morphology through fluorescence photography for subsequent bioinformatics analysis.
