TOPEKA, Kan., April 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — KONZA National Network is proud to announce its partnership in Phase 2 of the Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Electronic Long-Term Services and Supports (eLTSS) Data Exchange Project. This initiative represents a major step forward in advancing secure, person-centered data exchange to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Missouri.
Launched in collaboration with the Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities, the Office of Administration’s Information Technology Services Division, EMI Advisors LLC, MettaHealth Partners, and Patient Centric Solutions, Inc., Phase 2 of the eLTSS Project will empower care teams—spanning clinical and community-based organizations—to share and access vital care plan information in real time.
KONZA is honored to work alongside Missouri’s other health information networks—Velatura Public Benefit Corporation, Tiger Institute for Health Innovation Oracle, and Lewis & Clark Information Exchange—ensuring this innovative care coordination model reaches providers and individuals statewide.
“I spent 10 years teaching children with special needs,” said Dr. Laura McCrary, President and CEO of KONZA. “That experience shaped my strong belief in whole-person care—seeing and supporting the entire individual, not just their diagnosis. It represents a meaningful step forward in helping care teams work together, share information, and most importantly, center services around what matters most to the person receiving them.”
With decades of expertise in health data interoperability and FHIR-based technology solutions, KONZA brings technical leadership and proven experience in deploying scalable, standards-based infrastructure that supports state and federal priorities.
