CONMED Corporation Appoints LaVerne Council as Chair of the Board of Directors

LARGO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) today announced that LaVerne Council has been appointed to succeed Martha Goldberg Aronson as the new Independent Chair of its Board of Directors, effective May 21, 2025.
