Alucio ™ Leverages AI in Beacon to Generate Instant Medical and Business Insights

Company Streamlines Process for Gathering Critical Reporting Data

SAN FRANCISCO, June 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Alucio ™, a fast-growing provider of cloud-based software for the life sciences industry, announces a valuable update to its reporting and analytics module present within Beacon. Beacon is a modern content activation and HCP engagement solution built specifically for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Medical Affairs professionals, and Market Access teams.

“”The user can now quickly create their own instant, personalized reports by asking Beacon specific questions focused on their medical and company goals.  It really streamlines this process!” said Lauren Keyes, Director – Product Management at Alucio.”

Using artificial intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Query (NLQ), Beacon enables medical affairs teams to generate insights specifically calibrated to their internal business goals instantly – without the need to develop custom reports. Users can now ask the application for the specific information they are seeking in their own words.

The reporting results will then be quickly generated from the usage data Beacon collects from MSL-HCP interactions related to scientific content utilization, field medical impact and HCP engagement. The data can then be presented using a variety of visualization options, including charts, graphs, and tables.

By providing self-service analytics, Beacon saves field users and managers valuable time that would have otherwise been spent gathering and synthesizing information. In addition, the ability to generate reports on the fly can lead to faster and more informed decision making based on real-time data. Furthermore, this upgrade can facilitate field medical training opportunities by providing detailed activity on an individual user basis.

“In essence, the user can now quickly create their own instant, personalized reports by asking Beacon specific questions focused on their medical and company goals,” said Lauren Keyes, Director – Product Management at Alucio. “Users can now get the answers they are looking for immediately without undertaking additional data review and analysis. It really streamlines this process!”
