Premier life sciences commercialization partner hires Jodi Dickinson and Peter Formisano

Formed from the May 2025 merger of PharmaCord and Mercalis, Valeris has named Jodi Dickinson Chief People Officer (CPO) and Peter Formisano Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Dickinson possesses nearly three decades of Human Resources leadership experience and has spent the last 12 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Executive Team Member across a range of industries, including SaaS, biotech, and education. She most recently served as CHRO at Frontline Technologies. Her deep expertise in culture, engagement, and organizational growth will be instrumental as Valeris continues to scale and strengthen its people-first foundation. Jodi’s commitment to cultivating mission-driven cultures embodies the very essence of Valeris’s values and will be a driving force in shaping its future. She holds a BS in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, and an HR certification from Cornell University.

Formisano is a proven C-level executive with a distinguished record of driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across healthcare and technology organizations. He most recently served as COO for InteLogix, where he led global operations for over 5000 agents and focused on customer experience and patient support. His interest in AI-driven innovation, operational excellence, and customer-first solutions will accelerate Valeris’s ability to build on its strengths and deliver cutting-edge solutions that elevate experiences for patients, providers, and life sciences partners. Formisano earned a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Iona University.
