Appointment strengthens operational growth and tech-driven innovation in behavioral health

With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Rogers brings proven expertise in automation, operational transformation, and data-driven growth to propel Hansei’s next chapter of innovation in behavioral health.
Most recently, Rogers served as Head of Revenue Cycle at Amazon, where he led strategic operations, guided the RCM team through Amazon’s acquisition of One Medical, and prioritized automation—implementing AI-driven processes to boost accuracy and efficiency at scale.
