Roundtrip Launches Industry-Leading FHIR-Powered EHR Integration to Transform Transportation Workflows

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Roundtrip, the leading healthcare transportation technology company, today announced the launch of its new FHIR-powered integration to connect both health system and health plan data from Epic directly into its transportation solution.

Developed in collaboration with an integrated health system in Northern California, this new integration represents a first-to-market solution for integrated health systems that uses Epic as the backbone to connect booking workflows with member eligibility and transportation benefit management.

The result: full visibility across all user groups into transportation requests, utilization, and status, with the added assurance of compliance with California’s Medi-Cal requirements and federal OIG controls.
