Participants receive 9 to 12 hours of clinical programming per week as a step-down from PHP, focusing on relapse prevention, coping strategies and life skills. The program typically runs 4 to 6 weeks, with seamless transitions to lower-intensity services.
Evening IOP is designed to help professionals maintain full work schedules and personal obligations. Participants can preserve income, avoid unpaid leave and keep family routines intact while receiving evidence-based care. Confidential evening sessions also support privacy for individuals seeking discreet treatment options.
