Therap Services Streamlines Oversight Communication with New Bulk Letter Request Feature

TORRINGTON, Conn., Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Therap Services, the leading provider of HIPAA-compliant electronic documentation solutions for organizations and agencies in Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and the broader human services sector, has introduced a new Bulk Letter Request feature. This addition enhances Therap’s communication capabilities by allowing oversight users to generate and manage letters for multiple Individuals efficiently and securely.

Centralized Bulk Letter Generation and Distribution

The new Bulk Letter Request module enables oversight users to efficiently generate and send letters to large groups of individuals—up to 1,000 recipients. Recipients can be selected from the Individual List or imported via Excel, and letters are created using templates from the Letter module to ensure consistent, standardized communication. Requests move through clear stages—Draft, In Progress, Completed, and Sent—with system-generated letters available for download and distribution once completed.

Role-Based Permissions for Enhanced Control
A new Bulk Letter Admin role has been introduced, giving agencies the ability to manage who can access and operate bulk letter functions. This role-based approach provides flexibility while maintaining security and oversight of large-scale communications.

Improved Tracking and Audit Readiness
Bulk Letter Request is logged and archived in a searchable history, allowing agencies to review, retrieve, and verify communication records as needed. This supports compliance, transparency, and audit preparedness.

Why This Update Matters

  • Efficient Mass Communication: Prepare and send letters to large groups in a single, streamlined process.
  • Clear Workflow Visibility: Track requests from creation to delivery with defined status stages.
  • Secure Role-Based Access: Control bulk letter functionality through dedicated administrative permissions.
  • Comprehensive Recordkeeping: Maintain a complete, searchable archive for future reference and compliance needs.

This update expands the capabilities of Therap’s existing Letter module, combining efficiency with accountability. By centralizing bulk communication within the platform, agencies can save time, ensure message consistency, and maintain accurate records across their organization.
