Sandra Clarke served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Shield of California, where she owned P&Ls for all lines of business and led marketing, customer experience, transformation, business development, sourcing, and operations. Previously CFO of the company, Clarke brings over 25 years of global healthcare and finance leadership and was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Women Leaders of 2024.

Lisa Davis is a veteran technology executive with deep expertise in digital transformation and healthcare innovation. As EVP and CIO at Blue Shield of California, she led technology strategy and modernization initiatives. She has also held senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide transformation for global technology companies, leading large-scale initiatives in AI, cloud, and IT modernization. Davis brings extensive expertise in secure, scalable healthcare IT solutions.

Sue Kozik was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, where she oversaw IT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity. Honored as one of Louisiana’s Top 50 Women Leaders in 2022, named a Top 50 CIO nationally and a 2024 inductee into the CIO Hall of Fame, Kozik has held executive roles at several leading health organizations and serves as a long-standing board member at Tech Impact.

Peter Micca is Managing Partner at Caduceus Capital Partners, former Senior Partner at Deloitte Senior Partner Global Industry Leader. He brings more than 30 years of experience in global consulting across healthcare, technology, and life sciences, including leading Deloitte’s National Health Tech practice. Through his advisory and investment work, Micca delivers deep domain expertise in healthcare technology strategy, market disruption, and scaling innovation.
