As a Project Manager, Patsouris is known for leading with collaboration, devoting early design phases to deeply listening, gathering data, and understanding each client’s story. He has successfully guided the modernization of aging infrastructures to accommodate evolving technologies, sustainability imperatives, and operational complexity, translating long-term vision into phased implementation strategies.
