Clinical.ly Launches Research Working Group: From Sites, For Sites

NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Clinical.ly, a leading provider of intuitive clinical research technology, just completed its inaugural Clinical.ly Research Working Group meeting, a quarterly forum designed to give research sites a direct voice in shaping the future of clinical technology.

The Working Group convenes coordinators, regulatory teams, and site leadership from academic institutions, hospitals, health systems, independent sites, and site networks. Each session provides an opportunity to examine operational and regulatory challenges, exchange solutions, and preview early concepts and beta releases.

“Research sites know better than anyone what works—and what doesn’t,” said Henry Kravchenko, Chief Executive Officer of Clinical.ly. “This initiative ensures that their voices drive innovation. Our commitment is to implement at least one feature, fix, or improvement identified in each meeting before the next quarterly session.”

Participation is open to all research sites, regardless of whether they are Clinical.ly customers. Members benefit from peer collaboration, early access to innovation, and the assurance that their feedback directly informs the company’s product roadmap.

The launch of the Clinical.ly Research Working Group underscores the company’s commitment to building technology with research sites, not just for them—embedding collaboration, education, and accountability into every product decision.
