Flight Health Acquires Alteris Health, Creating the First End-to-End AI Operating System for Medical Practices

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Flight Health, the digital health company building the AI operating system for independent medical practices, today announced the acquisition of Alteris Health, a healthcare automation platform known for cutting administrative work by up to 70%.

The deal expands Flight Health’s AI-powered platform beyond patient engagement, voice communications, task management, and billing into clinical documentation and decision support, creating the first end-to-end, AI-driven solution that impacts practice operations, revenue cycle, and care delivery in a single system.

Alteris Health’s flagship tools include AutoDoc (AI-powered documentation and clinical decision support inside the EHR) and Elevate (Business Intelligence and RCM dashboards). Combined with Flight Health’s existing solutions for scheduling, patient communications, workflow automation, and billing, practices can now operate with the efficiency of large health systems while remaining fully independent.

“Independent practices are under tremendous pressure to deliver quality care while managing complex operations,” said Chris Wong, Founder and CEO of Flight Health. “By acquiring Alteris Health, we’re accelerating our vision to build the most advanced AI platform for private practices—streamlining billing, reducing administrative burden, and helping doctors focus on patients instead of paperwork.”
