Remodel Health Announces Niki Matherly as New Head of Compliance

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ —  Remodel Health, a leader in innovative health benefits solutions, is excited to announce that Niki Matherly has joined the team as Head of Compliance.

Niki Matherly has joined Remodel Health as Head of Compliance.

With more than 20 years of experience in audit and compliance, including a decade in the insurance industry, Matherly brings a deep understanding of the complex compliance landscape. Her leadership strengthens Remodel Health’s ongoing commitment to transparency and client protection for more than 4,400 employers nationwide.

In her new role, Matherly will oversee compliance programs, risk assessments, internal audits, and regulatory monitoring, while also training staff and managing third-party compliance.

“Integrity is my top priority,” Matherly said. “We will always do the right thing.”

Staying compliant with employee benefits laws and regulations helps businesses avoid legal problems and costly penalties. Matherly emphasized the importance of having a human-led compliance team, in addition to great software.

“Software is only as good as its inputs,” Matherly said. “There is also a lot of gray area and negotiation involved in compliance. There has to be a human aspect when diving into some of these new issues.”

Matherly’s leadership reflects Remodel Health’s mission to combine innovative technology with caring, skilled professionals. She’s one of more than 60 new hires in the last eight months. Our growing team ensures our clients remain confident, secure, and supported in their benefits.
