The council will be chaired by Susan Grant, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, Chief Clinical Officer at symplr, and will bring together experienced nursing executives from across the industry to provide insight into the most pressing challenges, both current and future state, facing clinicians and healthcare leaders.

The council will advise on issues such as clinician and nurse well-being, staffing optimization, and the development and integration of emerging technologies and platforms to streamline clinical workflows.
