Northwest Medical Arts Celebrates Best of the PNW Awards in 4 Categories

Best in Pierce County becomes winningest med spa in the Northwest with 2 gold and 2 silver awards

UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash., Oct. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Northwest Medical Arts (NWMA), an award-winning medical spa, was honored as Best in the PNW by the Seattle Times for Best Facials (gold winner), Best Weight Loss Center (gold winner), Best Customer Service (silver winner) and Best Wellness/Nutrition Program (silver winner).

NWMA is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, and minority-owned business proudly serving the entire Pacific Northwest from University Place, WA. Located less than 25 miles from Sea-Tac Airport, over 1,900 patients have experienced the benefits of quality aesthetic services and compassionate care that NWMA delivers. Whether its Botox, medical facials, laser hair removal or weight management, providers Shanti Benoit, ARNP, Heather Grods, ARNP, Jeni Bartell, Mia Nichols and the NWMA team make the experience worth the drive.

“Winning these Best in the PNW awards mean so much to us because they were voted on by our community, who recognize the passion and purpose that drive our practice” said Shanti Benoit, co-owner. “We intentionally built our small business so that as we grow, so does our social impact.”

One of the hallmarks of the NWMA approach is giving back. NWMA’s “Impact Circle” membership program donates a portion of proceeds to local nonprofits, supporting causes and community organizations doing good work to elevate impact.

Co-owner Heather Grods adds, “Thank you to the thousands of humans who made it possible for us to be Best in the PNW, including our clients, our supporters and our business partners.”
