Eyemart Express Donates Nearly $100,000 Worth of Eyewear to Support Arizona Children in Need

National optical retailer’s donation to EyeCare4Kids helps provide free eye exams and glasses to children in low-income communities statewide

YUMA, Ariz., Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — In honor of World Sight Day on Oct. 9, Dallas-based leading national optical retailer Eyemart Express, known for affordable eyewear and same-day service, is donating nearly $100,000 worth of new frames and glasses accessories to EyeCare4Kids. The Arizona nonprofit organization provides free eye exams and glasses to children in low-income communities across the state.

This contribution of 834 frames and 2,001 eyewear accessories will help thousands of children in the Grand Canyon State gain access to clear vision, giving them the tools they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Since its founding in 2001, the nonprofit has provided over 500,000 vision care services to families in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Africa, removing a significant barrier to education and health care for children in low-income households.
