Rhyme Collaborates with Microsoft to Explore Touchless Prior Auth Capability at the Point of Care through Dragon Copilot

Providers using Rhyme through Microsoft’s ambient listening technology in Dragon Copilot will immediately receive a prior auth response or a Rhyme-enabled gold card while the patient is still in the office – a process which traditionally takes several days to complete without the two technologies. By leveraging Dragon Copilot, Rhyme, which works with payer systems to deliver a prior authorization decision within seconds, will be able to return the final determination to Dragon Copilot right in the clinician’s native workflow.
