Rhyme Collaborates with Microsoft to Explore Touchless Prior Auth Capability at the Point of Care through Dragon Copilot

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Rhyme is excited to announce a collaboration with Microsoft to integrate with Microsoft Dragon Copilot to demonstrate that touchless prior authorization at the point of care can significantly reduce time to treatment and lower costs across the healthcare ecosystem.

Providers using Rhyme through Microsoft’s ambient listening technology in Dragon Copilot will immediately receive a prior auth response or a Rhyme-enabled gold card while the patient is still in the office – a process which traditionally takes several days to complete without the two technologies. Doctors can know that the services they provide will be covered by insurance companies and can immediately schedule time-sensitive procedures for their patients.

By leveraging Dragon Copilot, Rhyme, which works with payer systems to deliver a prior authorization decision within seconds, will be able to return the final determination to Dragon Copilot right in the clinician’s native workflow.

“Rhyme is the leader in touchless prior auth, and our unique approach is a perfect match for Microsoft Dragon Copilot. We can now bring real-time prior auth results even further upstream, into the hands of doctors at the point of care.” – Joe Anstine, Rhyme

“By bringing together these two powerful and complementary technologies, this collaboration will streamline burdensome provider workflows and dramatically shorten the time patients wait for essential care.” – Peter Durlach, CVP, Chief Strategy Officer, Microsoft Health and Life Sciences.

About Rhyme
