Since its launch last year, Veradigm Ambient Scribe has developed into a robust AI-powered solution that passively captures patient-provider conversations and generates structured clinical notes directly in the electronic health record (EHR). The latest AI-powered enhancements include:

• Structured Diagnosis Code Recommendations: Automatically identifies and recommends ICD-10 codes that a provider can insert into the Assessment & Plan as discrete, codified diagnoses when saved to the encounter, improving clarity and precision.
• Multilingual Documentation Support: Captures conversations in multiple languages including Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic, and can automatically generate structured documentation in English, supporting inclusivity for diverse patient populations.
• Clinical Decision Insights Support: Instantly displays the symptoms and care plan suggestions based on a practice’s selected care protocols and provider preferences, using an AI-driven process that generates and refines clinical insights.
