The communities are owned by Ventas, Inc., one of the world’s preeminent owners of senior housing.

This strategic growth reflects Sinceri’s commitment to strengthening its presence in key markets, expanding access to its signature care and service programs, and ensuring residents and families experience seamless continuity of care during every transition.

The newly transitioned communities are located across Texas, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, expanding Sinceri’s regional presence in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. The milestone reinforces growth in key markets where Sinceri has a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and compassionate service.
