This initiative expands Alder Bowman’s primary customer base from hospitals to a mix of traditional device manufacturers and innovators integrating AI, software, and robotics into the delivery of modern healthcare services and solutions. These companies design and commercialize FDA regulated, electro-mechanical devices and software applications used by hospitals and healthcare providers to deliver patient care.

Quilliam brings a record of success building commercial, technical, and executive teams for medical technology companies ranging in size from small emerging ventures to global conglomerates. Kelly has led recruitment for multiple high-impact business units, including Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, and Peripheral Vascular products. Most recently, she led the nationwide build-out of the coronary and vascular commercial organization for Cordis.

Kelly spent several years in the technology and SaaS industry, recruiting engineering, technical sales, and GTM leadership talent for companies such as Microsoft, Coupa, and Philips HealthTech. Her ability to recruit talent in specialized and competitive markets including AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS, enables companies to accelerate growth while maintaining a high bar for talent.
