AVANT and Health In A Box Launch Physician-Led Preventive Health Programs For Club Members

Two preventive health programs, designed exclusively for AVANT members

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 3, 2026) – AVANT, the premium private fitness and wellness club, and Health In A Box® today announced a partnership that brings physician-led preventive health programs to AVANT members beginning in mid-September.

Members receive biomarker testing, clinical interpretation, and a personalized health action plan built with a clinical team of physicians and naturopathic doctors. Clinical review and follow-up are delivered virtually. AVANT’s personal trainers can then build a member’s training around what their plan calls for, so the clinical work and the training move together through the year. Health coaching and a member app powered by Health In A Box’s MelodyAI™, hold the results, the plan, and day-to-day progress in one place.

AVANT is the first premium Canadian fitness club to offer members a preventive health program delivered by an integrated team of physicians and naturopathic doctors.

What separates these programs is the team behind them. Physicians and naturopathic doctors working together, around how a member trains. The programs are built around each member’s metabolic, hormonal and nutrient markers alongside their fitness targets. Results are read against their own biology and translated into what they mean for how a member feels, recovers and performs.

AVANT Thrive is built around a foundational biomarker panel, with review and follow-up led by a naturopathic doctor. AVANT Proactive is the deeper program, with advanced testing, quarterly retesting, and review led by a physician and a naturopathic doctor together. Both programs run alongside an AVANT membership, so the clinical work and the training move together.

Health In A Box certification is now part of the AVANT training standard. Their trainers complete the member program themselves, so they can speak from personal experience.
