UTICA, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) today announced that its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for May 21, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. ET, will be hosted as a virtual-only meeting due to public health concerns and social-distancing restrictions imposed by governmental authorities with respect to non-essential gatherings arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
