WEED, Inc. (OTC:BUDZ) BUILDING DREAMS: Westfield, New York Town Council Approves Adult Use & Medical Cannabis as WEED Makes Plans to Enter the New York Cannabis Marketplace
WEED is exploring possibility of building out our 43 acre Sugar Hill Golf Course in Westfield, NY into:
The 4 Winds Luxury Condos & Villas Resort- Cannabis friendly!
TUSCON, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / January 18, 2022 / WEED, Inc. (OTCQB:BUDZ) (“WEED” or the “Company”), a cannabis and hemp bioresearch company based in the USA, announced in December that it completed the purchase of the Sugar Hill Golf Course in Westfield, New York making the Final Payment of ~$250,000 including all back taxes owed. The property was appraised by an independent appraisal company for $1.9 million January 27th. 2018. WEED plans to move forward, preparing filings for licenses in Hemp and eventually high THC research when funds are available, for strain identification, cultivation, processing & manufacture of compounds to assist in clinical trials & product development in Israel, Australia and USA.
In addition, WEEDs plans to establish our New York edibles/beverage research division on property due to wastewater management systems in place and ‘unlimited water extraction rights” from Lake Erie:
WEED’s prime location is a ‘diamond in the rough’. WEED is researching the possibility of developing the FIRST or one of the FIRST, “Cannabis friendly” lakefront luxury condos and villas resort in a unique environment to pay respect to The Seneca Nation, their Iroquois brethren and The Six Nations of North America. Eagles reside on or near the property. Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) shall guide our decisions in developing our property to respect nature while allowing owners to have the FREEDOM to partake cannabis & hemp on their own properties!
Our property boasts of magnificent sunsets and bluffs with bald eagles in the trees. If we are successful in raising funds to develop the property, WEED’s Hi-Tech condos and villas would provide a lifestyle of lush walkways & beautiful vistas with unmatched views. Initial development plans include a ‘farm to table’ format restaurant with a winery/ brewery and/or distillery fronting Rt.5. which boasts a 50-mile Lake Erie wine trail, including 23 wineries, collectively known as Lake Erie Wine Country. WEED’s property is right in the middle. In fact, Chautauqua County is the largest U.S. grape cultivating region east of the Rockies. Chautauqua County growers w/30,000 vineyard acres that produce ~65% of New York State’s annual grape harvest used in products sold in 35 countries according to the Chautauqua County visitor center.
This is WEED’s conceptual long term project. No funds have been raised or budgeted to date to begin building this dream property for our industry. However, Infused wine, beer and edibles research goals are currently budgeted in our $40 million Reg A+ Offering.
“WEED was extremely excited that it paid off its 4 year commitment to acquire the Sugar Hill Golf Course and begin planning to open up the New York marketplace. New York State shut down the golf course in 2020 due to covid, but WEED didn’t buy the golf course to go golfing. The golf course is situated on the shores of Lake Erie with ~2000 ft. of lake frontage. The property comes with ‘Unlimited Water Extraction Rights’ already in WEEDs name along with a full waste water management system. Thanks to the Company’s extensive R&D history in cannabis and hemp markets globally, we believe WEED is positioned for explosive expansion in New York”, stated Mr. Martin. “The New York property was originally purchased to develop a new, ‘Infused Beverages & Edibles’ Division. Now our expansive vision will include WEEDs ‘Cannabis friendly’ luxury resort & condos.” More to come…
The Company plans to form a NY Division in the coming months as funds become available, to create and expand its global research & development programs to include hemp, and in particular the cannabinoids, to develop pharma, non-pharma OTC and their derivative product for worldwide distribution in our networks. Currently, WEED Inc. subsidiaries are in Australia, Israel, Hong Kong, and the USA. In 2022, the Company plans to launch an aggressive Arizona hemp program to identify, acquire, cultivate and develop new more powerful CBD, CBN, & CBG strains.

We look forward to an exciting year end and a Prosperous 2022.”
