LONDON, UK / ACCESSWIRE / May 12, 2021 / Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (“Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals” or the “Company”)(LSE:HEMO) announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the FCA (the “Supplementary Prospectus“). The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of the annual report and audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 by the Company.
The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 29 January 2021.
