Ministry of Health Grants Approvals for IHF Acquisitions by JUMP

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – January 11, 2022) – Leveljump Healthcare Corp. (TSXV: JUMP) (OTCQB: JMPHF) (FSE: 75J) (“Leveljump” or the “Company”), a Canadian leader in B2B telehealth solutions, is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Ontario Ministry of Health (“MOH”) for the acquisition of the three IHF’s (“Independent Health Facilities”) as previously disclosed in a press release dated September 28th, 2021.

The Company is now working with its legal team, the sellers and TD Canada Trust in order to close the acquisitions on or before January 31, 2022.

“We are very excited to receive the MOH approval and prepare for the closing of the acquisitions,” said Mitch Geisler, CEO. “These IHF acquisitions are a part of our growth strategy and the beginning of our entrance into the IHF market.”

The Company has received approval from the TSX Venture exchange for the issuance of 1,000,000 shares to its CEO and CFO for $120,000 in debts owed and this transaction is now closed.
