Taiwan’s JUBILEE Biomedical Brings Semiconductor Engineering to Skincare, Wins France’s COSMETIC 360 Innovation Award

Organized by COSMETIC VALLEY, a French government-recognized competitiveness cluster, COSMETIC 360 is held annually at the Carrousel du Louvre and connects startups with groups such as L’Oréal, LVMH Research and Estée Lauder. This year’s edition drew about 260 exhibitors from more than 20 countries, but only six main-category winners were chosen, roughly 2% of the total.
