Biozen to Present Advancements in Cuffless Blood Pressure Technology at AHA Scientific Sessions 2026
Building on its FDA-cleared BP1000, Biozen continues to refine its technology for clinically validated blood pressure measurement.
OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Biozen, LLC will present new findings highlighting continued advancements in the performance of its proprietary cuffless blood pressure technology at the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions 2026, taking place November 6–9 in Chicago.
Biozen Chief Scientific Officer Omer Inan, PhD, will present the findings in a moderated digital poster presentation on Saturday, November 7 at 9:29 a.m. CT.
The presentation follows a significant milestone for Biozen earlier this year, when its BP1000 became the first FDA-cleared cuffless device in the U.S. to deliver calibration-free, clinically validated spot blood pressure measurements from the fingertip.
Unlike approaches that estimate blood pressure from indirect physiological signals, Biozen’s technology platform uses fingertip oscillometry, combining pressure and optical sensing with physiology-informed algorithms to directly measure absolute systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
