NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DarioHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: DRIO) (the “Company”, “DarioHealth” or “Dario”), a leading AI-powered healthcare technology company transforming the management of chronic conditions, today announced that a leading regional grocery retailer client has expanded its contract with Dario to add Dario Women™, the Company’s recently launched women’s health solution supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms. The expanded program will be offered to eligible insured employees in January 2027.

The client, a leading regional grocery retailer with over 200 stores and more than 19,000 employees, has used Dario’s cardiometabolic solution since the beginning of 2025. Based on employee demand, the client was actively seeking a Women’s Health solution in the market and selected Dario’s newly-launched program after evaluation in collaboration with their benefit consultant.  In addition to expanding the relationship, this extension allows Dario’s multi-condition platform to accelerate favorable cardiometabolic health outcomes and associated downstream cost savings.

Dario Women launched in August 2026 as an extension of Dario’s provider-backed cardiometabolic platform, as women in perimenopause/menopause are among the highest-cost members in any employer population, with 46% higher healthcare spending. The program combines AI-powered engagement, personalized human-led behavioral coaching and access to licensed healthcare providers to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, including optional clinical evaluation for hormone replacement therapy when medically appropriate. Dario Women supports members navigating midlife transitions, which often manifest in changes or disruptions to weight, sleep, mood or emotion, musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic risk and more.

“This client’s decision to expand its program demonstrates two important parts of our growth strategy: our cardiometabolic platform is delivering value that helps us retain and expand with existing clients, and we are successfully adding new solutions that mirror the health requirements of our clients’ evolving populations, addressing a larger share of their insured members,” said Erez Raphael, Chief Executive Officer of Dario. “Demand from the client’s employees for perimenopause support also validates our decision to launch Dario Women. With nearly 45% of our current book of business comprising women over age 40, we see a significant opportunity to expand Dario Women across our existing client base while using DarioIQ’s AI-driven personalization to address the interconnected needs of women across weight, sleep, mood and cardiometabolic health.”

The expansion provides further evidence of Dario’s land-and-expand strategy, in which demonstrated results with existing clients create opportunities to add conditions and increase revenue per customer with little incremental customer acquisition investment.
